DATA SUBJECT IDENTIFICATION DATA
A data subject is any individual – freelancer – who creates a personal account at the www.pretlak.com website and posts / makes his / her personal details available to the public (to website visitors).

I, as a data subject, hereby voluntarily give my consent to pretlak s. r. o. as the controller to process my personal data within the scope of a professional CV to the extent that I provide and within the extent allowed by the online registration form on the controller’s website.
PURPOSE OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING
The purpose for processing your personal data is to provide you with assistance and support in finding a new job and to (i) register this data as necessary, (ii) to post it on controller’s website in an anonymized form and (iii-a) to make the data available to the controller’s business partners, who request it, or (iii-b) to make it available to website visitors who request it by sending an electronic request. The persons, who shall be provided with your data, become independent controllers processing your personal data.
PERIOD FOR PROCESSING THE PERSONAL DATA
I give my consent to the controller to process my personal data within the scope defined above for a period of eighteen months from the last login into my personal account. After fulfilling the purpose of processing personal data or after the expiration of the period defined above, the controller shall ensure without undue delay the disposal of the personal data, i.e. deleting and removing it from all data storages. The controller shall ensure an adequate level of personal data protection, shall process personal data solely in accordance with accepted principles of morality and shall act in a manner that does not infringe the Regulation, the Personal Data Protection Act or other generally binding legislation.
TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA TO THIRD COUNTRIES OR INTERNATIONAL BODIES
The controller does not perform such transfer.
CATEGORIES OF RECIPIENTS
The personal data of a data subject will be made available / posted via the Internet (our website) to the general public in an anonymized form. It will be provided / made available in a non-anonymized form to persons who request it as described above. It may also be made available to a web hosting provider for storage and backup of data, as well as to an IT service/maintenance provider (for viewing only).

In accordance with Art. 37 of the Regulation, the controller did not designate a data protection officer.
INSTRUCTIONS ON THE DATA SUBJECT’S RIGHTS
This voluntary consent to the processing of personal data may be withdrawn by the data subject at any time and free of charge, in writing at the address of the controller’s registered office, or by sending an email to [email protected]. When processing personal data, the controller does not use any form of automated individual decision-making, including profiling pursuant to Sec. 28 Par. 1 and 4 of the Act. The data subject has the right to request the controller to provide access to his / her personal data and the right to correct or delete it, or restrict its processing, or the right to object to the processing, as well as the right to data portability. Data subject has the right to defend his / her rights through the person in charge (if designated by the controller) or by submitting a complaint to the supervisory authority, i.e. Office for Personal Data Protection pursuant to Sec. 100 of Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on the protection of personal data.
